ABOUT INSTITUTION OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT STUDIES
The Institute of Local Government Studies (ILGS) was founded in 1999 and given legal status as a public organization by Act 647 of 2003.
The Institute’s mission is to help district assemblies, local government officials, and other stakeholders interested in local governance issues enhance their capabilities.
